Some of his experience includes starting and running a real estate and mortgage company based in La Jolla, California in 2004. After exiting that business, Chris moved to Costa Rica in 2007 and lived in Central America. His goal was to build and sell real estate to Americans in Costa Rica. Quickly, he became the managing partner of an eco-friendly housing development.
After several years, he has returned home to San Diego and has been active in property management, real estate sales, flipping, and remediating light industrial commercial and residential buildings.
Being a new Broker Associate of Keller Williams, he specializes in finding, analyzing, presenting, and brokering unique investment opportunities of any size. He has worked with a network of investors and has proven to be beneficial for the future success of the Keller Williams team.
As he focused more on distressed real estate within the area of Southern California and in the purchase of non-performing mortgage notes for any light industrial commercial buildings throughout the United States, the team finds it even more advantages for their services.
