(MoneyNewsWire.Net, November 25, 2015 ) Chicago, Illinois -- Owners of Roomi Space announced the arrival of the shipment of Travel Passport Wallets, in time to replenish the low stocks at Amazon for the upcoming Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. Because of the demand, they had to double their initial number of units to satisfy the sales orders.
But the last month was quite a stressful one for everyone at Roomi Space as the factory encountered some issues from buying the raw materials in the wine colour, shortage of man power and breakdown of a couple of sewing machines. But luckily these were all resolved in a timely fashion without too much delay in the production of the Holders. After going through quality checks to ensure each unit was well stitched, with working zippers and hand-straps, the production team then had to pack each one into a cloth dustbag, add a paper insert, then neatly put them into a plastic bag and lastly place the labels on the bags. But with the team being expanded over this season to cope with the increased demand, operations moved smoothly.
The next step was ensure the items were packed according to the Amazon standards of carton weights and sizes. Over the next week, the cartons went through a journey of a number of places and stops, which include the carrier facility, on board the air carrier, customs, land carrier and finally the final destination at Amazon Fulfilment Centres. But the Passport Holder do not go "live" yet, as Amazon has its own labelling and sorting process, which took another 3 days. As of today, Roomi staff can sigh a breath of relieve, as the inventory has been uploaded into the system and all is clear for sales!
A satisfied customer, Ms Gloria shared that she had been looking for a holder like this and was so glad to have been able to buy it.
