(MoneyNewsWire.Net, January 20, 2016 ) Sunnyvale, CA -- The Card Armor RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) credit card sleeve is designed to prevent the new "smart chip" credit card from being scanned. It prevents the radio signal from capturing sensitive information from any of these new cards which have embedded microchips in them. They have been found in credit and debit cards, drivers licenses, transit bus passes, passports and others. What's special about the Card Armor design is it has a clear front to enable easy identification of one's cards. They offer the protection and peace of mind to people who want to shield their cards against unauthorized scans and to save their hard earned money.
One man in particular was having a problem with identity theft. For a couple bucks, he found his solution. Here is his story:
"Life has a funny way for bringing you what you need. About a year ago when I was moving to a different building in downtown LA, I went to order food and I received an alert when I was using my Paypal Debit card. 17 minutes prior to me ordering food, my debit card number was being used in Riverside! Fortunately, Paypal caught on and phoned me. It was impossible that I would be using my card within 17 minutes from downtown LA and Riverside. The interesting thing was that I had my card on me. I had not lost it.
The people using my number were buying a bunch of stuff at Radio Shack, Pizza Hut and Forever 21. Although I do try to maintain my girlish figure (I am a man) I would never be able to fit in a size 0 mini-skirt. How did they use my card? The good people at Paypal told me that nowadays your card can be scanned from within your wallet, specially if it is the closet to the outside of your wallet and/or pocket. Great, how do I protect myself from that.
That's where these sleeves come in. I'm photographer and low and behold I just got hired to photograph these sleeves for RFID Security Experts! Ha, there you have it, the perfect solution. The best part was that I was able to test them out in several situations as I photographed them. I liked them so much that I ended up keeping several of the samples.
They are very light and thin, and don't bog down the wallet. I feel much better knowing that now all my credit cards are protected from thieves that buy miniskirts at Forever 21!!"
One may buy the Card Armor Sleeves online at Amazon.com while supplies last.
