Each year, this event attracts many real estate investors throughout the entire world. Many bargains can be found through buying properties at the Auction, but it is far from being a guaranteed investment. Many experience real estate investors make mistakes within each of these steps, but it is even more challenging when buying properties at the Auction, because many of the properties cannot be entered to evaluate the amount of repairs needed.
